How can I cancel or modify my reservation?
- You can contact reception, or send us an e-mail to reservas@sagrestime.com
How will I receive the reservation documents?
- An e-mail will automatically be sent after reservation, which confirms your reservation. Reception will send you a personalized e-mail with some of the reservations details within the next 24 hours.
Do I need to give my credit card numbers in order to make a reservation?
- You may also book through bank transfer, if you choose this kind of payment please contact reception so we can give you our bank numbers.
I´m worried about the security of my credit card numbers. Is it safe?
-Your crdit card numbers will only be visible once, the system will automatically delete this data afterwards, the system tells us who and when accessed this information. If no one access this information it will be automically deleted after 15 days after check out.
Can I make a reservation by other procedures?
-Yes. Confirmation may be done by bank transfer.

Can I book by phone?
- Yes, as long as you provide all your credit card numbers and have read and accepted our cancellation policy. Bookings done by phone imply accepting our terms and conditions.
Are there any hidden costs? Are taxes included in rates?
- There are no hidden cost. Garage and lumber are included in your reservation, as well as the daily housekeeping service. Any chargeable concept will be explicitly explained to our guest by our receptionist, such as excursions and special inquiries that imply a payment by the hotel.

How can I make sure that my online reservation has been confirmed.
- An automatic e-mail will be sent by the system, once you have finished the reservation process.
- Reception will send a personalized e-mail within the next 24 hours after booking process where you will find reservation highlights.

HOTEL POLICIES
Which is check in and check out time?
- Check in time is 16:00 p.m and check out 12:30. If you need to stay longer or come sooner please advise reception and we will do our best to for fill your request always based on occupation.
I will arrive before check in time, is there any problem?
- We will grant you with immediate accommodation if possible, please consult reception about this point before check in. Due to the apartments amplitude and complete furnishing, house keeping and perfect supervision times may vary taking more time than estimated, feel free to leave your objects at our lumbers before check in so you can start enjoying Sagres right form the start.
I will arrive late is there any problem?
- No problem at all, we have a 24 hour reception desk. If you think you will arrive late we kindly ask you to let reception know.
Is the hotel smoke free?
- It is forbidden to smoke in the inside of the apartments, garage and reception. You may smoke in terraces, balconies and on the grass.
Are pets allowed?
- No.
Is it possible to add another bed?
- We don´t have extra beds, however we do have a 150 by 190 cm sofa bed suitable for 2 people.
- We do have cribs under request.
Is breakfast included?
- No, our apartments don´t have meal services. We do have a completely furnished kitchen as well as a big supermarket and several restaurants close to the hotel.
TRANSPORT AND LOCATION
How do I get there from the airport. Estimated costs and time.
- Average taxi rates are anywhere between 90 and 110, you may order a taxi under request for one way rides to the airport. Price will vary depending on the number of passengers. We recommend booking this service in advance for high season as there are few taxis. Estimated time for one way trips is an hour and a half.
Is there a parking lot? Parking and lumber
- Yes, we have the biggest underground parking place in Sagres with 57 lots and 40 individual lumbers where you can keep your bicycle, surf board, canoe, etc.
Distance to beaches
- We have several beaches within a 1 km radio. You have all the information about beaches in our web page section Beaches & Surf
Hiring other activities
- All the information regarding external activities is posted on our Sagres Surf- Life tag. Sagres Time has been offered the best conditions with it´s collaborators and we give those same conditions to our clients, so make sure to do your booking through reception.
Can we rent a car? And bicycles?
- The closest town to rent a car is Lagos
- You can rent bikes at the reception
APARTMENT AND EQUIPMENT
How is the household done?
- Apartment housekeeping will be daily, sheets will be changed every 3 days. Housekeeping will be performed in all the apartment except households although the housekeeping staff will put the dishwasher. The household staff is also responsible for the washing machine.
What appliances will I find in the apartments? Furniture and household
- all apartments include the following appliances: Washing machine-dryer, fridge and frezer, ceramic hub, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, air conditioner/heating individual for each room, plasma TV and water heater.
Is there WiFi?
- All apartments have WiFi access, ask for the password at reception.
Are the apartments suitable for handicapped?
- Of course they are. We have two 1 bedroom apartments and two 2 bedroom apartments, all of them in the lower floor. You may find them under the names: 1 bedroom apartment suitable for low mobility and 2 bedroom couples apartment.
